Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The perfume must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and may check rates with their local carrier.

A return request must be made within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund to your original payment method will be issued, excluding shipping fees.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 1 day (24 hours) of purchase, as long as they have not yet shipped. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
